Hi! I’m Kathryn, the founder of Ensemble Pilates and Dance. I have been introducing people to the benefits of Pilates and Dance since 2014. My goal is to provide both a superior customer experience and tremendous value for clients.
Pilates is a form of exercise that can improve your long term health, well being, posture, core and body tone. It is accessible to all ages and all levels of fitness and experience. Its a great way to get in shape and increase flexibility but is also an excellent method of exercise if you are recovering from an injury or have back, muscular or joint problems.
Classes are structured to be challenging yet enjoyable but can be modified to suit many varying conditions.
Dance fitness and / or Gentle Ballet are classes suitable for people with no or little dance experience.
Dance fitness is an upbeat class which uses differing dance styles to get in shape. Dances focus on either cardio or toning movements and use great music to help improve co ordination and general fitness.
Gentle ballet is a great way to release your inner ballerina learning new skills and techniques and participating in dances which improve co ordination, flexibility, balance and posture.
