Different Dance Styles to help you get in shape   

This class mixes different dance styles and aerobic  exercise  to improve your cardiovascular capacity and general health and fitness. Dance routines are fun  and easy to learn and you can work to your own level of ability 

 Tuesdays – 10-15am – at Active Dance Bolton [55+] – a more low impact class

Tuesdays – 7.30pm –  at Ribble Valley Dance, Clitheroe

Thursdays – 2pm – at St Paul’s Church, Monton, Greater Manchester [55+] – low impact

Suitable for all levels of ability – no dance experience necessary
